1. Passenger Conduct & Compliance with Laws
All guests agree to comply with traffic safety guidelines, local laws, and instructions given by the driver at all times during the journey. The following are strictly prohibited inside or on the vehicle:
- •Smoking or consumption of illegal substances
- •Open flames or carrying hazardous materials
- •Rowdy or disruptive behaviour that endangers vehicle operation or road safety
2. Owner Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CARHOME, its proprietor, vehicle owner(s), employees, and appointed drivers against any legal claims, liabilities, losses, fines, damages, expenses, or third-party claims arising out of:
- •Any act of misconduct, negligence, or violation of safety rules by the Client or their accompanying guests
- •Any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of the guests left inside the vehicle
- •Any injuries resulting from non-compliance with seatbelt norms or moving around inside the vehicle while in motion
3. Vehicle Damage & Misuse Fee
The Client shall be fully liable for the actual cost of repairing any physical damage, upholstery tears, broken equipment, or excessive deep-cleaning required due to passenger negligence or misconduct during the charter.
4. Driver Authority & Trip Termination
The driver reserves full authority to pause or terminate the trip without a refund if guest behaviour compromises driving safety, violates traffic regulations, or threatens the security of the vehicle or personnel.

By proceeding with this booking, the client confirms that:
