Pricing & Billing
- •Dry Rental: Driver included. Fuel, tolls, state tax & parking are borne by the client.
- •Garage-to-Garage: The clock starts when the vehicle leaves the CARHOME base and stops when it returns.
- •Overtime: ₹1,500 per hour beyond the booked slot.
- •KM Cap: 15 km per hour included. Extra kilometres charged at ₹70/km.
- •Late Night Surcharge: Flat ₹1,500 if the trip ends after 12:00 AM (midnight).
- •Security Deposit: ₹5,000 (refundable) for all hourly/one-day bookings.
Fuel & Cleaning
- •Fuel Policy: Full-to-Full. CARHOME is delivered with a full tank; client must return it with a full tank.
- •Cleaning Fee: Flat ₹1,000 if food/drinks are served or for event/shoot bookings.
General
- •Expenses: Tolls, parking & state taxes to be paid directly by the client during the trip.
- •All bookings are subject to the Master Rental Agreement and CARHOME FAQs.
